Anyone else terrified now ?

Post by hero22 »

Been pretty calm about whats going on till yesterday and now im terrified. Not so much for myself but family etc. Had no motivation today and walked around wondering whats the point of doing this. Waiting to catch this thing and see if your loved ones r ok is mental torture. Anyone else feel this way?

My absolute support and sympathy and concern goes out to those people like nurses, doctors and shop workers. When we get through this I really hope these people are treated like heroes and given the appreciation they deserve, To think they were fighting for a pay rise recently too. If anything good comes from this I hope society catches a grip of itself and instead of youtubers and the kind being worshipped , its those who are really vital that will be treated like royalty :pray

I've just seen a comparison between the UK and Italy after X amount of days, we're matching the same deaths per day as they did at this point.

It's horrible, trying to keep it together.

I think after over 800 deaths in Italy yesterday (1500+ in three days)and 324 in Spain yesterday it doesn't seem to matter what countries do, just pray you and your family survive this modern day plague, I am shitting bricks or rather the cement that goes between them

The trend makes clear that by next week hundreds will be dying each day. Closing social venues will help, hopefully keep it to the low hundreds.

The postal services in most other affected countries are still operating. We are not prepared for this and honestly RM and CWU are failing us. WE ARE OUT OF TIME.

Are we actually helping by providing a postal service at this time. I'm not sure, sometimes I feel we are helping and doing a good job. Sometimes I feel we are a risk to everyone and customers are thinking to themselves what is he doing out delivering rubbish when we are doing our best by isolating ourselves.

Would not quarantining the returnees of the effected countries for two weeks as they returned have been a better idea but oh know cannot stop people going on their holidays can we £500 billion pounds plus 5 million made redundant and 266 deaths and god knows how many more all for the sake of two weeks of some peoples holidays!

I am very worried and if RM don't start putting strict measures in place I will not go into work.

And I desperately want to work, we are important public faces at this time.

But RM nneds to start caring. Urgently.

If you don't go into work you don't get paid but I agree with you we do need more doing for us all.

I'm going to give them another few days to fix our conditions, then I'm outta here if they don't.

Don't care if Im not paid, I want to stay alive.

I know I'm not the only one either!

If you don't go into work you don't get paid go to work and there is a chance you could die or you could pass it on to someone in your family and they could, i think its gone passed the pay its self-preservation now
