Need advice
Hey there guys im recieveing a christmas gift from los angeles california it was shipped with USPS on the usps tracking it shows last updated 16th december 2019 and just says departed transfer airport london united kingdom i am aware that it is now in customs proccess but theres no updates about that do you guys think its a delay because of the christmas period is the heathrow distribution centre even open?

HWDC is open 24/7 365 days a year, probably only skeleton staff on Christmas Day.
It will almost certainly be with Customs, obviously very busy at this time of year.
