As these are a total waste of time, I'm not answering any of the questions, but under 'additional comments' I'm writing

Could you please print next year's forms on a softer grade of paper, as I wiped my backside with last year's one and got an itchy rash ?

Always fill them in because the worse the results the more trouble it causes senior management :nana every HYS results we have ends up with all the top level management coming down to the office to try to sort it out. Although I really believe they want to close my DO and move it into the MC

Failure to participate in this corporate bollocks is even more valid.
Any accredited research firm is bound by regulation to include non response as a finding. Don't play the corporate paper over the cracks game, no response gives no information and cannot be willfully misinterpreted. No response = "the relationship with our people has broken down",We as management have failed to engage our workforce,we are therefore redundant

This has to my knowledge always been done on a voluntary basis. Managers however, seem to insist at WTLL Sessions that they have to be filled in by the workforce.

I wonder if that could be arranged by local CWU reps with Area and National backing as a tactic to draw attention to Units experiencing problems. If they got no answers there is no way they could paper over the cracks, or chasms in some cases.

Quite right, since we found out that every single comment is printed up and put on the notice board we have had a field day. They even print the swear words just leaving blanks in the middle. Priceless!!!!!!!!

If they don't get a certain percentage of replies then they re-issue them 6 months later. It's the same if they get a really bad result.

We recently had ours re-issued, not sure if was because the results were to bad, in which case they will probably be worse this time, or if they didn't get enough back.
