Unable to apply for new position as previously applied?

Hi all-

I previously applied for a postman's role at Eltham delivery office but was unsuccessful on that occasion.

I have since passed an interview & been added to the waiting list at another sorting office. But I am unable to apply for this 'newer' Eltham position as I get "You already applied for this position".

If I try & withdraw my application for the old Eltham vacancy I get "Failed to withdraw Job. You have already been disqualified for this job."

I would be grateful for any help as to how to proceed.
