POSTMAN Grant Harrington is a true hero to customer Kay Lamborn.
The 28-year-old rushed to her rescue when she blacked out and fell in her garden.
Grant, who was doing overtime in Pentwyn, Cardiff, that day, heard a moan coming from Kay’s garden in Waun Fach as he passed.
He found her with blood coming from her head, dazed and confused. He quickly got her in the house and called the emergency services.
Kay, who had to have five stitches in her head, said she would forever be grateful to Grant for what he did.
“I’d just let the dog out into the garden when I collapsed and hit my head,â€
