Hi. Im currently looking for a new job as I feel I have hit a brick wall trying to progress with Royal Mail.
However, I have shares I received during the privatisation and im not sure if (or when) I do find a new job, would I need to try and sell all my shares at the current low share price or will I still manage to keep them and still get them tax free when the time comes?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
