Hello Everyone, looking to apply for my local royal mail job when it pops up and just have a question about the application form. I suffer from depression and anxiety and was wondering if I should indicate these two when it asks about a "Disability", any advice will be helpful and will they also ask about this at the interview?. Thank you

Hi Charlie, I have ADHD & I declared it so I could have a time extension on the computer test. I can tell u that I did not get asked about it in the interview and it has not been mentioned at work, infact I'm not sure that my managers know (well pretty sure they know some of my symptoms by now).

I really don't know what to advise about having depression & anxiety it probably fits the criteria for being a disability if it's long term.

Would you need reasonable adjustments because of it? Would it be possible for them to comply? (it's not like u can work from home or not deal with the public)

Sorry I can only guess.
