RM Staff 2% Pay Increase Monday, 1 April

Will Angard Staff be receiving the same 2% Pay Increase week commencing Monday, 1 April, as has been awarded to RM Staff?

This has gone out to me as a member of the CWU Union;

We get it and as it is known about we should receive it straight away but knowing angard.

I’m getting really fed up with Angard’s illegal behaviour.

If it’s not paid on Friday, 5 April, or there’s no infor and a definite date from them as to a payment date, then I’ll stick in another ACAS/Employment Tribunal complaint.

Angard need to be dragged into obeying employment law and the Agency Workers Regulations.

I am coming up on a year & a half with Angard and I've already seen tons of vague "promises" of things that will happen or are being looked at in that time. Nothing has been done yet or dates given to be done by aside from the october 2018 pay rise (which we got because of Royal Mail's Shorter Working Week initiative with CWU as part of the Four Pillars agreement).

I'm holding my breath though! One day everything I've been asking for, and other Angard Staff has been asking for in regards to equality and fairness with AWR, will be granted!
