Hi.
Would be grateful if anyone can help with the following questions regarding finding casual work with Royal Mail:
My local sorting centre (Uxbridge) is not on the location list on the Angard website-would anyone know if casual staff for this particular office are recruited through another agency?
Also, I would like to know how counter staff at delivery offices are recruited-are these employed directly by Royal Mail or through other agencies?
thanks.

As far as I know, Uxbridge only has a Delivery Office and they tend to recruit direct. Callers Offices tend to be staffed by experienced and senior posties (not exclusively though) so its very rare to get a job in one of those directly.
