I have been covering the callers office on Sundays & I use the normal guy who works in the callers login details on the computer so I can check tracking etc
Is this normal practice in royal mail for people to have to sign into somebody elses account?

Just like you're not supposed to know/use other colleagues PDA PIN's which are usually pinned up on a noticeboard somewhere......(You must) Follow our policies and not let other people use your equipment
or unique log-ins unless they are authorised to do so
