What's is going on with cleaners pay is a disgrace. Look how carp the money is and they don't get any extras like night allowance or SA. They used to get that until the divide and conquer happened with the way forward agreement, you know when we weren't posties anymore we were either, distribution, processing, rdc, outsourcing of cleaners and engineers. They have brought cleaning back in house but at the minimum wage of £7.83 for the first year and a half then it only goes up to about£8.38 after 3 years. Is it not about times your ,WALKED, and showed a bit of support for them. After all they are your fellow work colleagues who are being shafted.
