All my family live 200 miles away. They put their presents for me into a parcel and sent it through the Royal Mail who lost it. I have spent a week driving backwards and forwards to post offices and postal depots and ringing up mechanical exchanges that never put me through to a real person.

Tomorrow I will have just 2 presents to open. One from my wife and one from one of my readers in America. What is worse is that my mother is ging to be distraught when I tell her.

That nasty, capitalist, job cutting bastard has got off lightly.

It's nice to see the Church of England speaking out on these issues. This gentleman might do better to address his remarks to his fellow communicant, Leighton. Perhaps that Whited Sephulcre could pen another piece for 'The Church Times' this time explaining why his policies have led to the absence of so many presents for people on the biggest holy day in their calendar. We can all console ourselves with the thought that the Founder of the Christian Faith chose to carry out His work amongst the poor working class people of the day and not the Leightons' and Croziers'.

Leighton only parrots off all that rubbish about going to Church and bell-ringing as Walmart's a Southern Christian Neo-con company . I remember that prat having the p** taken out of him in the Religious Al thread .

Leighton would pocket everything off the collection plate being passed around in Church .

If there was a public lavatory being opened , Leighton would be there to cut the ribbon and unveil the plaque , anything for self publicity , the venal vaucous t** ! :
