CWU Complaints Procedure
The CWU prides itself on the quality of our representatives and the service they provide to members.
The union has recently agreed changes to national rule 14 and are currently in the process of reviewing the bylaws for the NDC and the Complaints Procedure. In the meantime any complaints should be sent to the General Secretary’s department via email: gsoffice@cwu.org
