I Let my manager know about my brothers wedding which he said is fine to have off but now what?
I heard you have to give a whole years holiday up front but my manager hasn’t said anything to me about this.
Also how many days does a new starter get off the first year? I’m yet to get my contract btw so can’t check. I’d ideally like a week off in another month or so
