Newbie uniform

Hello, I started on the 21st may but still no uniform, on the website I'm only entitled to shoes and high vis. When can I order full uniform?

Surprised, I joined in Feb and was able to order shoes, bottoms and polo shirts straight away. Was then able to order rest of uniform, jackets etc after 6 weeks.

Did you order it all online? It's a bit annoying not having any uniform apart from a high vis!

Uniform Ordering number is 08007315137, think they’re closed until Monday though. You'll need your sizes and payroll number and you can order trousers, shorts, polo shirts or shirts, high vis & trainers/shoes.
Stormproof jacket & Trousers, Cagoule, hats and belt can be ordered from 6 weeks+.

Would you say it's best to order over the phone rather than online?

Ordered my initial uniform over phone, when my 6 weeks were up I rang again and was told it was easier to order online. I was sent a link by email with a temporary password and then ordered the rest online. Both orders took about a week to arrive.

Hi marzipan

It was the same for me and other new starters in my office. We just emailed dimensions, they change something their end and then the full entitlement is displayed

Yes, first order is best done over the phone. They can adjust your entitlement and region then subsequent orders can be done online as everything available to you should be in the catalogue.
