Ocado forced to discipline delivery drivers for harassing female customers

Ocado has been forced to discipline some of its delivery drivers for making sexual advances to female customers.

According to the delivery firm, one case involved a driver who texted Caroline Cook, 43, telling her how attractive she was, 20 minutes after delivering groceries to her Cambridge home

Her husband, who was at work at the time of the delivery, reported the incident in fears over what would happen if the man returned knowing Caroline was alone, according to The Sunday Times. Ocado said in a statement: ‘Instances of complaint are very low but we take every complaint seriously.’
