Dear Sirs,
My name is Antonio Damiao.
I worked for 28 years at FCA Brazil (Fiat Chrysler).
I was the first responsible for World Class Manufacturing in FCA Brazil (on 2006, when I was in charge of Latam Quality division.
I had the opportunity to know personaly Prof Yamashina at that period.
I retired and from October 2016 I'm doing consultancy on corporate area, includimg World Class Systems.
Due my manufacturing's skill, all my Worrld Class experience is based on World Class Manufacturing and World Class Engineering.
I am interested to do a "deep immersion" on World Class Services.
From a contact with Prof Yamashina I knew that Royal Mail is the best-in-class company.
