Can’t post a letter? Sorry, we’ve lost the key

THE mystery of 18 sealed postboxes in Cardiff has been solved – the postie has lost the keys.
Anxious residents of Roath have been writing their Christmas cards only to find the postbox slots filled with blocks of wood when they went to post their letters.
Among those frustrated by the blocked boxes is Ann Pellow, 67, retired, of Arran Street.
Ann, who lives opposite one of the sealed boxes, said: “It a big inconvenience. Usually the service is fine. It’s been going on for too long now. I’ve been over to the postbox quite a few times to post but it’s always blocked up.
“I have to walk all the way to Albany Road post office now.â€

When Lieton swings his axe , I'm sure there will be plenty of openings running whelk stalls and parties in brewerys . They'll probably fail their appraisals in doing that too.
