priority link, dont use on mobile

Ok maybe Im the only dumb one here lol but..
I have been clicking the link via email on my phone which takes you to the operational roles page. From there I applied for the position I wanted which generated an automated email, asking for my email, that I presumed was the one to ignore.
It turns out that if you click the link on a computer it takes you to your profile page instead!
The whole recruitment system is way more complicated then it needs to be.
