Can anyone tell me if your Christmas bonus is affected if you are off sick during the week leading up to the payment?

Its only affected if your basic pay is reduced.

No there are circumstances that you do lose part of the bonus but ONLY if you lose pay for any reason. Just having a few days off for sickness doesn't affect your pay if you are paid normally whilst off.

Simple formula - Full normal Pay = Full entitlement to the bonus.
