A trailblazer in many areas, notably electric vehicles and reduction of cost, Royal Mail impressed with an outstanding submission.

Its ability to progress innovative and class-leading fleet management across a huge scale operation with clear evidence of success is impressive.

The judges said its ‘empty legs’ initiative could be a game-changer in eliminating spare capacity.
