Christmas 2017 Application - Help

Hi,

I hope someone can help, I am asking on behalf of a friend.

My friend has an provisional driving license and he has asked me to have a look at his application for him and he showed me on the application it asks this question below, my guess is this means a driving license and not a provisional driving license?

You can pick from one of the three >N/A< >NO >YES<

>Do you hold a valid manual driving licence, in your current address, with no more than 6 penalty points?<

Also at the bottom of the application it asks this question below, my friend has an passport, provisional license, I am not to sure what a national ID card is, does it mean national insurance card?

>Please indicate below if you hold the following documents.<

* Passport? YES
* Driving Licence?
* National ID Card?

Yes, full licence.

EU and other countries citizens may have national ID Cards so they give them that option.
