how are these packets monitored/scanned to ensure correct postage and the label not being used on multiple packets?

# What happens if I don’t use the postage by the ‘Post by’ date?
The ‘Post by’ date is always the next working day after the day you make your Online Postage purchase. After this, your postage will not be valid.
So they only last 1 day that's the way they do - at the link is a load of FAQs.

I think, highlight think. That it has a bar code or something that can be read by the ILSM and LSMs and therefore rejected if out of date or duplicated.custard wrote:yeah but im thinking from RM's point of view in the system.i could scan and copy that label onto multiple packets, and put them in the system that day.
what do they do to track that each label is individual and legit?
