Recruitment advice please.

Hi

I am attending a recruitment interview on Monday, can anyone let me what the shift expectancy is? Do you get offered full weekly shifts on a week to week basis or is it just day to day? how regular/irregular can it be? Just worried that there may be too many 'work free' days to the point I will struggle to pay bills/rent etc...

You can't rely on work from Angard to pay bills, potentially you could go weeks between a single shift especially at this time of the year. I'm getting 1 or 2 four hour shifts a week at the moment and this is a lot better than some other mail centres. Treat Angard as a top up for another job and even if not getting any shifts at least you can put on a cv that you are employed if currently unemployed.

If you are going to work as an Angard, you will just receive texts approx. 1 hour prior to a shift start.

At the beginning, being in the National Minimum Wage of £7.50. As the weeks progress, you will be offered ever-fewer shifts. When you money rockets after 12 weeks you may find yourself with INE 4-hour shift every FOURTEEN days.

Not the best Employment if you have fixed bills to pay. SORRY
