Hi
Does anybody have a copy of the latest forms to use for a grievance.
I have checked in downloads and it goes back to 2010 with Rugby as the listed address.
I believe that it has changed to Sheffield now and Pond street.
any help would be appreciated .

correct address for grievance forms is as follows
at stage 2 and stage 3 only
You need to send this form to the manager who heard your Stage 2 grievance. They should then send it with the case papers attached to: - ER Operations Team, HR Services Sheffield, FREEPOST, 4th Floor, Pond Street, Sheffield, S98 6HR.

STAGE 1,2 and 3 grievance forms
If your grievance is with your first line manager then it automatically starts off at an individual stage 2 grievance which is copied in to the ER team at Pond Street, Sheffield giving a brief description of your grievance. On receipt of your stage 2 grievance the ER team will appoint another manager at a higher level within your working area to investigate your grievance. Still in dispute this will still come under the control of the ER Team Sheffield at stage 3 level.
