Only 5 years

Post by greynut »

I have been a royal mail driver for 5 years only and i talk about the good old days.

What a ridiculous way to run a company.

We are not paid hundreds a day and we work hard.

The company will disappear in another 5 years, mark my words

I agree, I think the job will be here but not the company.

I have never been somewhere, where the goalposts are moved in favour of management practices so often. One minute we have auditors in, picking up on one piece of mailsort left in a frame and saying how this could result in disciplinary action.

Then seeing yorks of mail left and managers simply shrugging their shoulders.
