I think its down to local arrangements - when I did Xmas casual I started on 7 Dec
All post by me in Green are Admin Posts.

Our xmas pressure for the mail centre starts for 3 weeks commencing the 3rd part timers to full time and no doubt zilions of polish and other casuals in

For the last 9 years xmas pressure in my office has been the two weeks before xmas. For the last 9 years they've got it wrong. they're doing the same this year too :Applause :Applause :Applause
