Extra staff when do they start?,is it last week in November?.

I think its down to local arrangements - when I did Xmas casual I started on 7 Dec

Our xmas pressure for the mail centre starts for 3 weeks commencing the 3rd part timers to full time and no doubt zilions of polish and other casuals in

We have extra staff in already and we also have 4 hire vans and the place is still going to hell

For the last 9 years xmas pressure in my office has been the two weeks before xmas. For the last 9 years they've got it wrong. they're doing the same this year too
