Hi, I think I've been given a conditional job offer from the royal mail. Just waiting to pass security checks. In the email I was sent it said it could take up to 14days, it's been 16 days now. I've emailed the address above asking but don't seem to ever get a reply.
I have been reading the forums on here and a lot of people have said they have been asked to send a photo. I haven't been asked this, is that normal?
