hi,,received an email after interview saying only that my application was unsuccessful,,i am wondering if that means I am not on a waiting list and have blown my chance of postman job..also says to not reapply for 6 months-is this a strict rule,,is it worth reapplying if ive failed once..thanks for any advice

You have to wait the 6 months then try again as per their email.
