Hello,
My name is Rosie and I am a new starter at Tweedale DO.
I've completed the 'Welcome Day' and had my first day on Saturday just gone. Unfortunately head office gave me a start time of 10am but I was supposed to be in at 8am so everyone was already out for delivery when I arrived. I was allocated to the locker and had a great morning of booking parcels in and sorting our returns/surcharge items.
Monday morning I was back in at 6.30am and spent the day back in the locker serving customers. It was great learning from the other side of the counter, I had always wondered what the system was when I came in with my red card.
Tomorrow I am out on delivery learning the ropes. I am looking forward to it, though will make sure i've got my layers on and ready to go for a long slog round.
Everything has been great so far and everyone at Tweedale have been great, especially the managers. Feeling great about this career change :)
Though this is my first post, this board is full of useful information and really played a part in my preparation for interview and beyond. So thanks everyone for the insights.

Hi Rosie. I'm six weeks in and am really enjoying it. Everyone at my DO has been really friendly and helpful. Good luck out on delivery.
