Hi all,

I had my interview last Saturday (3rd Sept), think it went quite well and the interviewer had said I would hear back within the 7 days. Now over a week has passed and I haven't heard a thing. I check the progress on my job status which is showing (interview/assessment). Is this normal?

Yes, entirely normal, especially as they are now ramping recruitment up to cope with 18,000 casuals over Christmas.

I'm on wee 3 of waiting. Been told I will hear today, but nothing as yet. I think they may have a backlog.

Yes, keeping checking your emails. The spam folders as well some ISPs send them there automatically.
