Does anyone else feel the same way I do about the delay of the pay ballot, I am beginning to feel that that the union has deliberately delayed it.
Ward and Hayes must realise how unpopular the deal is, I think they have delayed the ballot intentionally to coincide with Xmas.
Will people be more inclined to vote for the deal if they get their back pay when everyone needs it most, at Xmas.
What do you think?
