Seniority after duty absorbed by othe dutys.

If your current duty is to be absorbed by remaining dutys in a office (i.e it will no longer exist), and a resign is happening are you allowed any extra seniority for that resign only as you cannot pick your current duty.

No. In a resign whatever duty anyone was on previously has no relevance to whatever they pick next. You just get a pick of whatever duties are available when it's your turn, just like everyone else.
