Don't forget that today's favour is tomorrow's job,,don't forget to take your LEGALLY entitled breaks and never forget that when it's on your van,it's your problem, when it's on the floor it's THEIR problem.

You want to see the problems they've got on the floor of the London Central depot after the reorganisation, 11 months in the planning, came in on Monday.
4000+ unattempted parcels in three days and growing. Got to the point Police have had to be called to remove abusive customers from the Depot.
Operations manager still leaves for home on time. Blames drivers for going home at their finish time, earlier finish time, due to his cutting hours.
Joke company.

The managers know that there is a certain percentage of drivers who will never let their customers down and therefore will never work to rule,,but I fail to see why ANYONE should ever do unpaid work,,30 mins free time a day equates to 120 hours per year,,3 weeks work you are giving the company,,x per driver,,nationwide,,equates to a lot of profit for the company,,bigger bonuses for the ops managers,,so,,why do it,,start at your start time,,finish at your finish time,,take your union agreed breaks,,,remember,,TODAYS FAVOUR IS TOMORROWS JOB,

Its not a joke company,Parcelforce is a great company to work for,Its the local management that's to blame,,the Ops manager is usually a failed driver or a mate of the manager and they promote from within, which is not a good thing,,and its about time for the drivers nationwide to get together and do ONLY the work they are paid to do,,no more,,no less,,Whenever I was on holiday and came back to a shed load of failed delivery's and collections I would give out the depot mobile number,,they f****d it,,they fix it,,I just drive the van,the_damned wrote:You want to see the problems they've got on the floor of the London Central depot after the reorganisation, 11 months in the planning, came in on Monday.
