Royal Mail have been experiencing problems with OBA (Online Business Accounts) today. Their engineers are working to fix the issue and have services up and running as soon as possible.
Hopefully everything will be fixed by tomorrow, but if you are still affected it’s not the end of the world, Royal Mail offer complete a support solution so that you can keep posting.
You can use the OBA Order Generator instead and there is a handy User Guide which can be downloaded in pdf format.
You should email a copy of the mailing file to continuity@oba.royalmail.com, and then print off a copy of the file and a copy of the receipt email confirming you’ve emailed the file to Royal Mail. Hand all of this over to your collection Postie with your mail. Royal Mail will create the order from the information you email them.
