Five posties from Sandy and an honorary postie for the day lined up on an F1 circuit to raise funds for autistic children.
They joined 1,200 other runners for the Silverstone 10k and ran two laps of the Grand Prix circuit, raising £200 for The Avenue, the Biggleswade support group helping families with autistic children, on Wednesday, May 4.
This was a second visit for some of the team who recycled their shirts from the 2014 run.
The Avenue holds relaxed, informal support groups in Biggleswade and families can visit and chat to others who understand about living with a child with autism.
It is a positive friendly group where you can share tips, experience and knowledge, view and buy helpful sensory and communication aids and pick up useful leaflets and information - all while enjoying a cup of tea. Visit theavenuesupport.co.uk
