Hi my manager has just asked me if I would be interested in VR . I am 40 yrs old and have 21 yrs service in does any one know how much I will get offered roughly. Also I am 41 in July would it make much difference if I took it now or when I turn 41 as I think I have heard or read some where you only get 1 weeks pay to the 1 1/2 weeks pay if your over 41yrs old .
