Anyone else unable to log on to the mybundle.myroyalmail.com site?
I tried to log in to my account last week, but didn't realise my password was different to the account linked to the royalmail.com site. I had a password sent out to me (in the post!), but when I tried to log in a minute ago, it came up with the 'Have you forgotten your password' step-by-step wizard to have another password mailed to me. Basically, it's as though the 'log in' button is doing the same thing as the 'forgotten your password?' button. Very strange.
Any ideas?

They're obviously looking for savings... Emailing new passwords would be a start... I guess that option has only been available for around 20 years, though *thumbs up*

Just the same for me. Why go to the expense of a nationwide posting of the My Bundle booklet if we can't access the website? Looks like I shall be getting another new password in the post to send me round in circles again and then probably get another new password in the post.......etc etc. Will keep my postie busy.

I had the same problem in that the Password I knew was correct did not work so I clicked the "forgotten Password" link, filled in a few details and it said a Temporary Password would be emailed, but this never arrived.
I phoned the MyBundle helpdesk and they reset on the phone as I spoke to them, which got me access to the site where I was able to reset the Password to what I wanted.
Try giving them a ring.
If you have any questions about your benefits or need help using the My Bundle website, you can contact the My Bundle helpline on 0345 60 60 603 or +44 114 241 8890 if you are calling from outside the United Kingdom. The helpline is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (Tuesday from 9am), not including bank holidays.

i've given up with the mybundle thing. i've had many passwords sent to me and none of them worked at all. its pathetic!!

Sending passwords by either post or email is very, very naughty for any site to do. Passwords on any site should never, ever, ever exist in plain text form

How would you be able to logon to a locked PDA if there wasn't a list of user names and pin numbers (for some people who

I had this too, it said my name didn't match my pay number! Fools!
Sent email and received a reply saying its now been sorted....... we'll see.

Can't log in either. Are Fixed term contract employees not entitled to the ''Amazing'' benefits RM has to offer? Because I can't seem to log in to MyBundle as it's only 'Perm employees of RM' only!
