I fully understand the issue of not getting this site banned for any reason... But i feel now there is far to much pandering to people with no backbone...

I feel and i dont know if anyothers do feel the same..?? That some on here are being driven down the RM bullshite route and being bothered more about RM being upset with them and not having a fair shout and rant.... Now If thats to much for some people then as ive always said TELL ME IF IM OUT OF ORDER AND WE WILL TALK IT OVER LIKE ADULTS... And yes that will include a few swear words so grow up...

I feel also the mood of this site has dropped as More GHOST SCREWS come on here and make arguments just for the sake... But this is something i feel we all can object to by the best way we can... IGNORE THEM... The people just to antagonise and piss others off is wrong... Wrong even if its the majority...

Lets have a site where piss taking and laughs is self govened and not BIG BROTHER like RM watch and we crawl up into a ball and worry about them doing us for free speech... IT WORKS BOTH WAYS DOES FREE SPEECH....

Thats wot the crybabies forget when they come on and moan that people attack them when they know full well that most on here are Militant and strong minded... Its like they stoke the fire and moan about the flames burning them... Be realistic... We all want a better service in our jobs and a better current wage with all the good strings attatched we had when we started the job... PENSIONS.. TIME OFF WHEN NEEDED.. realistic workloads.. and managers that could be spoken to and acted as humans n not robots driven by DOMS or SOMS n Upper Management....

Im just waiting for the avalanch of comments on me being rude or being a bully....
