Driver redundancy at Hcn

I work as a night driver at Hcn Hemel and we have been told that half the drivers will go under a review and although there will be an evr preference exercise if the number do not pick this they will be made redundant

We've had our preference exercise form at JMC we've been told its a tabletop revision this year but next year cuts galore once they do revisions based on the telemetey readings. But my understanding is at HCN is that its 100% 600s based to the DOs. RM want 17ts to take over some runs all over I think also SMMC also are like HCN and we've heard they are getting 17ts based there.
