Hi, I still work at Medway Mail Centre for my sins.
Basically, out of the blue, I was asked today by one of my managers, to attend an informal interview over my sick record. The glib manager said no issues, you aren't in trouble, but then why do it?
This, despite me only having three days off sick in to years and my attendance improved after a year when had three. Why did I bother??
This has happened to at least one other person I know. Seems like someone has nothing better to do. Any help would be welcome, please.
Feeling very angry with them.
