The vehicle “reads” an access code to open the Drop Box for authorized parcel delivery services, using a digital key, essentially making the vehicle a mobile mailbox.

It's a good idea in theory.
How you integrate delivery to GPS location with current RM tech/methods would be a trifle complicated though me thinks. You would definitely need a computer to preprogram a route for the driver, and any cars that move get reassigned to the bottom of the list.
