Do the CWU have a department that deals with members complaints or reviews the way an issue has been handled or not handled in this case?
Unit Rep can do no more and feels he's unable to get any response from anyone more senior at any level within the Union.

But not really what I'm looking for, or at least I don't think it is anyway.
More for someone to contact in regards why should a matter just ignored.
Never get an explanation just leave it with me.
Then nothing and this has been various people.
I was hoping to get info of a department at CWU HQ that would intervene or look into my query, then also find out why an issue can take so long to be looked into.
The issue I've raised some 7 months ago seems a rather straight forward issue that just need clarification one way or another.
But to be ignored for 7 months at an area level and also nationally seems rather strange and I would question why I should be in this Union. I'm genuinely shocked to feel that way about a union I've support for nearly 35 years.
But not really what I'm looking for, or at least I don't think it is anyway.
