you can go through the myroyalmail website as well. https://www.myroyalmail.com/benefits" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

It works after a process of providing answers to question in case you forget your password and chossing another password - I am looking at mine now

Yes, it's a bit of a palava; if you've not got a password yet, you have to click "Forgotten Your Password", then enter your pay number where it says Username, then date of birth and Username again. Then they say they'll snail you a temporary password. They won't let you sign up through email, like you can when ordering uniform.

It's total rubbish, meaningless and wrong, propaganda, I think they are trying to get you to spend your share money next year, with them, should you want to cash them in.
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

"Benefits" so far are:

Free entry to English Heritage - useful but not earth shattering!
Free stamps at Christmas - useful but not earth shattering!
Leave entitlement - which is an entitlement and therefore not a benefit, if it is a benefit then so is pay.

So nothing to worry about if you haven't had the letter as you get all that anyway.
Royal Mail
failing the workforce, failing the public and deliberately failing mail on a daily basis for too many years.
