Hi,
Can anyone help with a couple of questions I have regarding the PDA advice.. It has not been explained to me very well
Which items need to be scanned prior to delivery, I know tracked items do but do signed for and specials need this too?
Same question when returning an undelivered item... Which need to be scanned back into the office?
And lastly.... When the PDA is in the 'DO INDOOR' mode... How do I change it back to delivery? I could only figure this out by turning the whole device off and on again
Many thanks

As to which items need to be scanned prior to delivery it's everything with a 13 digit code comprised of 2 letters then 9 numbers then 2 letters as a country code.
If a black circle shows up that means a signature is required.

Rats,
there is a downloadable PDA instruction presentation/guide on the CWU site here: http://www.cwu.org/royal-mail-deliveries.html,
not sure if it answers your particular questions but it's worth a look.
