Hi guys/girls!
I have applied for a few vacancies over the past few months (postman with driving) but have not been successful as of yet. Has anyone got any tips? I'm starting as a "christmas casual" soon as maybe this will help my bid to get in as a postman. My uncle has worked as a postman for over 20 years so I've always wanted to do it!

At what stage of these applications are you failing ? Online tests, interview, security checks etc etc
