I have applied for a couple of jobs online but they get instantly bounced back with a rejection saying 'minimum requirements have not been met'
I cannot understand this, I have a full five year history for residence and work, education record, no criminal convictions, nothing I can see that would prohibit my application from going through-its frustrating.
Has anyone any idea what is going on/what I am doing wrong/who to contact-I rang HR but they will not deal with application queries.

Re: HEEEELP! Who to contact for application queries?
I wonder sometimes if there can be glitches in the system. The first time I applied my application was accepted but I messed up the tests. The next time I got an immediate response, not meeting the minimum requirement, yet I had met it the previous time. Within 2 hours of getting the message another job at a different office was advertised, I applied for that and it was fine!
I'd try again if I were you!

I had this too so I just kept applying with different email addresses until I got through. I just didn't understand why it kept rejecting me but I moved to the next stage eventually.
