Can anybody help me please

Hi everyone am new here. I would like some advice, opinions and any help as much as possible, as it is very important for me.

I recently registered at ILC on behalf of Angaard Staffing. I had brought my documents including photocopies and was told there were no issues, so I would get a phone call for te next stage, which could be training or start date. Now few days ago I recieved an email from reedglobal/royal mail/angaard to fill n a security concent form which I already did when I went to ICL/Royal Mail, so I am confused as to whether they believe I applied twice or if there is some misunderstanding...Secondly just yesterday I also recieved another email from Angaard claiming Angaard have not got a cut copy of my passport, what does this exactly mean? am assuming it means photocopy of my passport? and was then therefore told my application cannot be processed, I find this very disturbing as I brought all the originals and photocopies which were checked and verified, so what is going on here? can there be a misunderstanding or is it a case of ICL/Royal Mail misplacing my copy of passport?

How can I proceed from here? I took the time and effort to gather all the documents that were asked, filled in questionaires which were all verified and confirmed at ILC. If there was an issue with the passport why was it not dealt with at ICL? the lady there checked my details and had no problem with them. I do not understand why I have to miss a job opportunity because of the incompetance of Angaard or ICL/Royal Mail.

Can it also be possible that there is confusion in the sense it was not realised I went for an interview so therefore they believed I have a separate application? basically comng across as though I applied twice? hence asking me to fill a security concent form which I had done and brought with me to ICL last week.

If anybody can give me any directions and advice I would appreciate this, and also has anybody else gone through a similar situation?

You are basically dealing with an inept and careless business which flies by the seat of it's pants - by all means re submit copies (not originals, because they will lose those too) but don't expect your efforts to have a positive outcome. Use your application to Angard as a training exercise and apply to other business's more worthy of your efforts - good luck.
