Help needed

Hi all I am on a 3 month temporary part time contract. 24 hours a week. Currently doing near 40 as contract suppose to be wed-sat but in mon- sat at 6.15 every morning. From September I will have to do school runs so what are the chances of if they renew my contract I a couple of weeks they allow me to do 9-3 instead of 8.15-14.15

Speak to your manager as every office seems to work differently and some are more flexible than others. Possible problem with starting @ 9 is that unless your walk has been prepped you could potentially be holding up your partner whilst you finish it off.

Sounds like they are exploiting the fact you are willing to put in extra hours in the hope of contract renewal. Not saying they won't renew, it's normally a given, but its wrong that they do this.
