At what point would an accident on duty be counted onto your absence record? I know they are usually discounted but what would make them count it against you?
I'm facing a stage 3 but the absences are all related to an accident on duty, which has now been recognised on ERICA. But the threat of dismissal is still there.

If they think you have too many accidents on duty the new correct proceedure is to give you advanced writing notice informing you that if you have any more they may be used against you for stage warnings. If they haven't done that then they are not following proceedure.
